Amazfit Verge 2 ECG supportS for real-time ECG readings. It features a cardiac biometrics engine that allows for more accurate heart rate monitoring. Screening can take place for heart arrhythmia and atrial fibrillation, with the smartwatch able to store up to an hour of ECG data locally for seven days.
The Amazfit Verge 2 ECG comes with a 1.39-inch AMOLED display with a 454*454 resolution and a retina-grade PPI of 326 housed in a microcrystalline zirconium ceramic frame.
With a built-in eSIM module, the Amazfit ECG lets you register a virtual SIM within the App without the need for a physical SIM card. You can leave your phone at home and not miss calls and messages. You are able to make phone calls independently through the carrier’s cellular network without even having your mobile phone near you, which makes your communication and connection more efficient, and convenient.
The smart watch comes with GPS+GLONASS along with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.2+ BLE, and 10 different sports modes. There’s automatic tracking for 10 activities, such as indoor, outdoor and trail running, elliptical, trekking, skipping and more.
Amazfit Verge 2 ECG is powered by Quad-core 1.1GHz Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Wear 2500 with 512MB RAM and 4GB ROM, provides room to store pictures, videos, music and more. Along with the usual sensors, there are additional geomagnetic, and air pressure sensors on board.
The watch is IP68 certified, but you can’t swim with it.
The Amazfit Verge 2 ECG consumes less power and can generally standby for 5 days. The Amazfit Verge 2 ECG will last for 5 days on a single charge under normal usage. But if you are going to keep your phone connected (app notifications supported) as well as use its sports mode on a daily basis, expect the battery life to drop to some extent.
NFC and NFC Based Payments, Amazfit Verge 2 ECG supports bus cards in 213 cities which covers over 20,000 public transport routes. Further, you can make payments too, with support for AliPay and even UnionPay (coming in November).
