Microwaves are definitely very useful and convenient and as well ease our daily activities but it suffers the nutritional value of our food and our health. It is capable of causing dangers to our health, some of which are listed below.

  • Decreased white blood cells
  • You get exposed to dangerous levels of electromagnetic fields even if you never open your microwave. EMF can penetrate human bodies causing serious health problems.
