How to generate RRR (Remita Retrieval Reference)
To pay Federal Government or State TSA:
Go to www.remita.net
Click “Pay FGN’s and State TSA”
Select Pay Federal Government of Nigeria
Type the name of the MDA from the “Name of MDA” field
Then select the “Name Of Service/Purpose” that relates to the payment; and proceed with the rest of the steps in processing FGN TSA collection transactions on the platform.
However, there is need to engage the intended beneficiary MDA to ascertain the appropriate service type that best suits the intended remittance.
Click Submit to generate the RRR
For State TSA, from step 2:
Select the state you want to pay
Type the name of the MDA from the “Who do you want to pay” field
Thereafter, select the “Name Of Service/Purpose” that relates to the payment; and proceed with the rest of the steps in processing FGN TSA collection transactions on the platform.
However, there is need to engage the intended beneficiary MDA to ascertain the appropriate service type that best suits the intended remittance.
Click Submit to generate the RRR

To Pay a Biller:
Go to www.remita.net
Click “Pay A Biller”
Type the name of the MDA/Corporate from the “Who do you want to pay” field
Thereafter, select the “Name Of Service/Purpose” that relates to the payment; and proceed with the rest of the steps in processing transactions on the platform.
However, there is need to engage the intended beneficiary biller to ascertain the appropriate service type that best suits the intended remittance.
Click Submit to generate the RRR
Note: when providing information ensure you use an active email account that you have access to, so that after you generate the code the attachment would be sent to you mail, or better still copy the number after creating it and proceed to make payment online or go to the bank and make the payment. Remember always the code is very important to make payment for the services you intend to Pay for.
