How to request a titanium Apple Card replacement

If you card is lost, damaged, or stolen, you can request a replacement card on your iPhone or iPad.

How to request on iPhone

  1. Open Wallet on your iPhone.
  2. Tap Apple Card.
  3. Tap the more button .
  4. Scroll down to Physical Card and tap Request Replacement Card, then follow the instructions on your screen.

How to request on iPad

  1. Open the Settings App.
  2. Scroll down and tap Wallet & Apple Pay.
  3. Tap Apple Card.
  4. Under Physical Card, tap Request Replacement Card, then follow the instructions on your screen.

To report the status of your damaged, lost, or stolen card, select a reason for needing a new card.

Recycle your Apple Card

  1. Go to https://www.apple.com/shop/trade-in.
  2. Under Select your device to get a trade-in estimate, choose Other devices.
  3. Select Apple Card, then choose Recycle and provide the information on your screen.

A prepaid shipping label is mailed to you and instructions are sent to the email address you provided.

To cancel your request for a titanium Apple Card, chat with an Apple Card Specialist. Open Wallet on your iPhone and tap Apple Card. Then tap the more button  and tap Message to begin your chat.

To change the name on your titanium Apple Card, you need to change the name on your account by chatting with an Apple Card Specialist. Then you will need to request a new card. 

To start your chat, open Wallet on your iPhone and tap Apple Card. Tap the more button , then tap the Message button to start chatting with an Apple Card Specialist.
