Huawei Reveals the Launch Date for the Huawei Enjoy 20 Series.

Recently, series of reports have been sharing bits of details on the upcoming Huawei Enjoy 20 series. The lineup, which consists of the Huawei Enjoy 20 and the Huawei Enjoy 20 Plus, is expected to debut as the most affordable 5G-enabled smartphone from the firm.

August 31st, through its official Weibo Handle, Huawei confirmed that it would announce the new Enjoy 20 series smartphone on September 3.

The poster shared by the company contains the details of the launch and pictures of the two smartphones in the Enjoy 20 lineup. One has a circular camera module on its rear panel while the other features a square-shaped camera system.

The former is the Huawei Enjoy 20 Plus 5G, and the latter is the Huawei Enjoy 20 5G.

Before now, several reports have shared the live images and specifications of the Huawei Enjoy 20 series smartphones. Speculations have it that the Huawei Enjoy 20 series may start at 1,000 Yuan (~$146).

Already, the Enjoy 20 5G and its full specifications have appeared on TEENA’s database. Its listing reveals that it would debut with a 6.5-inch screen with a waterdrop notch design. The display offers Full HD+ resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio.

The Enjoy 20 may arrive in 4GB / 6GB / 8GB RAM variants and 64GB / 128GB storage variants.

It sports an 8-megapixel front-facing camera and a triple camera setup, which includes a 13-megapixel primary sensor, a 5-megapixel snapper, and a 2-megapixel lens, on its backside.

In contrast, the Enjoy 20 Plus 5G would debut with a 6.63-inch IPS LCD with support for Full HD+ resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio.

It features a 16-megapixel pop-up selfie camera and a 48-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel triple camera system on its rear.

The Enjoy 20 Plus 5G has a smaller 4,200mAh battery with support for 40W fast charging, unlike the Enjoy 20 5G that features a 5,000mAh battery.

Both smartphones would be driven by MediaTek powered Dimensity chipsets. The Enjoy 20 series features side-mounted fingerprint scanners and would run on Android 10 OS.
