Last month, the LG Wing 5G smartphone officially launched into the global market. The dual-screen device is one of the most attractive products the company has rolled out in a while.
The highlight of the LG Wing 5G is its rotatable display. The main screen rotates 90° in the clockwise direction, and the rotation unveils the display panel beneath the main one.
Today, the South Korean tech giant took to India to unveil the iconic LG Wing 5G smartphone.
The LG Wing 5G features a 6.8-inch P-OLED display panel that offers the user with a 20.5:9 aspect ratio and a Full HD+ resolution.
It comes with a secondary 3.9-inch G-OLED screen, which produces an FHD+ resolution and has a 1:1.15 aspect ratio.
When fully rotated, the LG Wing 5G smartphone assumes a T-form. The phone takes multi-tasking to a new level. Users can open apps on the primary display and access the app features via the secondary screen.
For instance, users can adjust the playback setting when seeing a movie on the main display from the secondary screen.
The smartphone features a pop-up 32-megapixel camera that allows users to take selfie pictures and make video calls.
On the backside, the LG Wing 5G has a triple camera system that consists of a 64-megapixel primary lens followed by a 13-megapixel ultra-wide shooter with 117° FOV, and a 12-megapixel gimbal camera with 120° FOV.
On the inside, the upper mid-range Snapdragon 765G chipset oversees the operations of the LG Wing 5G. It debuts with 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
Further, the LG Wing 5G features a hybrid SIM slot that doubles as a MicroSD card slot.
It has support for connectivity options like dual SIM support, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, NFC, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, and a USB-C port.
Other features of the LG Wing 5G include a 4,000mAh battery that supports 25W of fast charging and 10W wireless charging and an IP54 rated chassis.
The LG Wing 5G will arrive loaded with the Android 10 OS.
The LG Wing 5G will retail for Rs 69,990 (~$948) in India. Interested customers can pick up the handset in colour options like illusion sky and aurora grey starting from November 9.
