Meanwhile, on the rear panel, the handset features a vertically aligned dual-camera unit. The system includes a primary 13-megapixel snapper with f / 1.8 aperture and a 2-megapixel shooter with an f / 2.4 aperture.

To the internals, the modest Helio P35 chipset drives the Vivo Y12s. Alongside the processor is 3GB of RAM and 32GB of native storage space.

Also, the phone comes with a dedicated MicroSD card slot that allows the user to expand storage.

Further, the new Vivo Y12s comes loaded with the FunTouchOS 11 based on Android 10 OS, and it relies on a 5,000mAh battery for backup. Unfortunately, the phone only supports 10W of charging.

The handset supports dual SIM, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, a MicroUSB port, a side-facing fingerprint scanner, and a 3.5mm audio port.

Besides the fingerprint scanner, the Vivo Y12s also supports face unlock.
